Simaero Engineering is specialized in providing extensive engineering services related to flight simulation.
Simaero is independent of any airline and any manufacturer of flight simulation training devices or aircraft. Our choices are driven by the best balance between quality and price.
Simaero has been operating a fleet of CAE, TT&S, FSI, Sim Industries, and TRU simulators. Thanks to our highly qualified engineering human resources and a wide network of specialists we are committed to providing complex technical services to all generations of flight simulation training devices produced by any manufacturer.
We have the know-how to set up from scratch a full training center. We have already opened 4 training centers and the fifth one is in progress.
To demonstrate its willingness to enhance customer satisfaction, the Simaero Engineering team has implemented strict principles in its Quality Management System and is now compliant with the ISO 9001-2015 standards. This certification guarantees operational excellence in every project, commitment to continual improvement, and conformity to customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Simaero performed the complete relocation of a helicopter Mi-17 Full Flight Simulator from Croatia to China. China Skywings contracted Simaero to provide a turn-key solution in a complex international environment due to the pandemic, from baseline inspection of the device to certification by CAAC into their Shanghai training center.
The simulator was dismantled, packed for long-distance maritime transportation, and delivered to the installation training center where it was reassembled, powered up, and prepared for certification, successfully completing the relocation process.
Simaero performed two major upgrades on the C135-FR simulator operated by the French Air Force.
The first upgrade was the update of avionics as in the real aircraft. The first step was to rehost and rewrite the real-time software in a modern language.
Then, the new avionics parts were installed into the cockpit and connected to the existing simulation with adapted electronic interfaces.
The second update was the obsolescence treatment of the simulator:
Simaero has built its own 8-bay training centers in Paris, France, and Johannesburg, South Africa. We have also supported multiple partners worldwide to build training centers and/or set up training operations.
