On old-generation simulators, printers have become obsolete and the cost of repairing them is escalating along with the expenses of consumables like paper and ink. In response, our engineering team developed a virtual printer that replaces outdated equipment. This solution transforms the printer spool into a PDF format stored on an SD card. The operation and archiving processes are streamlined through digitalization, leading to substantial cost savings.

Properly calibrating the visual projection system in older simulators is increasingly demanding as the system becomes outdated. Our visual reference system offers an accurate external reference to assist in visual projection system calibration. By installing projectors that display a pattern initially calibrated with a theodolite, our system provides operators with an effective approach to proceed with precise simulator projector calibration, as required by Civil Aviation Authorities.
