WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY AND CONTENT

SIMAERO strives as far as possible to ensure that its services are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, the website www.sim.aero may interrupt access, notably for reasons of maintenance and upgrading, or for any other reasons, specifically technical reasons.
SIMAERO provides visitors of the website www.sim.aero with available and verified information and tools, but it cannot be held responsible for any errors in or unavailability of certain information.  It is the visitor’s responsibility to use the information on this website with due care and attention, and to carry out any necessary checks before entering into any legal obligations.
We ask website visitors to inform us of any omissions, errors or corrections by filling in the contact form.

VISITOR’S PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

SIMAERO collects the data which visitors give voluntarily by filling up the forms (name, surname, email, tel number, etc.) and the google analytics data as explained below.
Visitors acknowledge that the information provided via the forms on the website may be used by SIMAERO for the purposes to respond to the requests of visitors, as well as for analytical and marketing purposes.
Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, SIMAERO does not collect personal data other than those Visitors voluntarily provide with their consent on the Website (i.e. name, first name, contact details including the email address, function, and organization), either when they sign up for newsletters, send a contact request, or register to events.
SIMAERO will not share the collected data with any third party, except GOOGLE for the purposes of the function of google analytics as explained in the relevant section.
SIMAERO does not store the data received from the visitors in other locations other
than company’s email box contact@sim.aero, located in the server MICROSOFT in EUROPE and managed by SIMAERO. The letters are kept for 3 years. The automatic deletion of the mailbox contact@sim.aero is programmed for all messages older than 3 years.
 Visitors have the right to request copies of your personal data, to correct, to delete your provided personal data, to restrict processing, and  to object the processing of your personal data. All this can be done by sending a request by email contact@sim.aero or by regular post to the website owner’s address given above. SIMAERO shall reply in 1 month.

SUBSCRIPTIONS TO OUR NEWSLETTERS

SIMAERO will send you newsletters only if you voluntarily asked by providing us with your email address.
If you want to stop SIMAERO from sending you such information, please ask us by sending us an email to contact@sim.aero and indicating your email address, which we will delete from our distribution list not later than 30 days after the receipt of your request.
