Simaero is pleased to announcethat its brand-new Airbus A350 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) has successfullyreceived initial certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency(EASA). With this milestone, Simaero officially opens operations at its secondfacility in the Paris CDG area, set to accommodate eight full-flightsimulators. As the first A350 simulator in Simaero’s fleet, this expansionstrengthens the group's ability to provide premier pilot training solutions forwide-body aircraft.
The decision to acquire this new A350 simulator was drivenby the growing fleet of A350 aircraft and the limited availability of adequateFFS capacity. The simulator, located strategically close to Paris CDG Airport,is expected to address the indisputable increase in demand for A350 pilottraining.
The A350 FFS, a CAE 7000XR model, incorporates the latest Airbus Training Standards and is equipped with a dualHead-Up Display (HUD) to provide an enhanced and realistic training experience.
Alongside the device certification, Simaero’s EASA-ApprovedTraining Organization has broadened its training portfolio to cover all keyA350 programs, including type rating, CCQ, and CTR courses.
